Who we are
Card Imports is a US retailer specializing in Indonesian-print Pokémon cards. We are a Wyoming limited liability company and every order ships from our Texas facility. We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., or AKG Games.
Where the cards come from
Every card we sell is sourced from Indonesian retail and event channels: the Indomaret and KLiK Indomaret promotional campaigns, retail partners such as Toys Kingdom and Gramedia, brand tie-ins, and Pokémon organized play events in Indonesia. We import directly. There is no middle market between the Indonesian channel and our inventory.
Indonesian Pokémon cards are official product, licensed by The Pokémon Company and printed in Japan in Bahasa Indonesia for the Indonesian domestic market. They are not proxies, custom cards, or counterfeits. What we check before listing
Every card is inspected before it is listed. We verify the Bahasa Indonesia text, the PROMO stamp and card number against the documented range for its series, the copyright footer, and the print characteristics against Japanese reference stock, which is what a genuine Indonesian card is printed on. Campaign stamps such as an Indomaret mark are checked against the known campaign, not treated as defects. Singles are listed as Near Mint pack-pulled copies unless the listing says otherwise. Sealed product is factory sealed and unopened unless the listing says otherwise.
What backs it
Every item is covered by our written Limited Authenticity Guarantee. If an item you receive is confirmed not to be authentic Pokémon TCG product, you may submit a claim within seven days of confirmed delivery by emailing support@cardimports.com from the address used to place the order, with your order number, a continuous unedited unboxing video, and clear photographs. Full terms, including what a complete claim requires, are in the refund policy. All sales are final and the guarantee is the sole remedy offered, so please read it before ordering.

If you want more photos of a specific card, or want us to confirm which campaign a card came from before you buy, contact us. Knowing the provenance of what we sell is the point of this store, and we would rather answer before the sale than after.
