Shipping policy

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Card Imports is a Wyoming limited liability company and ships orders from our Texas facility to destinations within the United States and internationally, using carrier methods chosen at our sole discretion. This policy describes how we ship, what we do not guarantee, the rules for tracked and untracked shipments, the buyer's responsibilities for international delivery, and how sales tax is applied.

AS-IS, At-Carrier-Risk Sale

All product is shipped AS-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, and at carrier risk once tendered. Card Imports does not guarantee delivery dates, transit times, or successful delivery for any order. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer the moment we tender the package to the carrier. From that point on, the package is the buyer's property and the carrier's responsibility.

1. Processing Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time on a business day generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends or US federal holidays generally ship the next business day. Processing times are estimates only, not guarantees, and may be extended during high-volume periods, new-release windows, or operational disruptions, without notice and without entitlement to any remedy.

2. Shipping Options and Free Shipping

For US orders, the following shipping options are offered at checkout:

  • Free Untracked USPS Shipping — the free default on all US orders. No tracking is provided. The waiver in Section 4 applies.
  • Free Tracked USPS Shipping — free on US orders of $50 and up. Includes a tracking number.
  • Tracked USPS Shipping ($8) — available on any US order as a paid upgrade for buyers who want tracking on orders under $50. Includes a tracking number.
  • Express Shipping ($50) — available on any US order as a paid upgrade. Includes a tracking number.

International orders ship at carrier-calculated rates via USPS or DHL Express unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Free shipping promotions and thresholds may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

3. Carriers and Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL Express. Card Imports selects the carrier and specific service at our sole and absolute discretion based on order value, weight, destination, and operational considerations. Buyers may not require a specific carrier.

4. Untracked Shipping Waiver

Free Untracked USPS Shipping is the default free option for US orders. Buyers who do not want to assume the risks of untracked shipping may select a tracked option (Free Tracked USPS Shipping at $50+, Tracked USPS Shipping at any order amount, or Express Shipping at any order amount) at checkout. If you select an untracked shipping method, you affirmatively assume all risk of non-delivery, loss, theft, delay, and damage in transit. For untracked shipments:

  • Card Imports does not warrant delivery in any form.
  • The carrier's "shipped" scan is the sole delivery record we maintain.
  • No accommodation of any kind is available for an untracked shipment that does not reach you, including no store credit and no replacement.
  • By choosing an untracked method at checkout, you waive any and all claims against Card Imports arising from non-receipt, loss, theft, delay, damage, or any other issue in transit.

For any order whose contents you would not be comfortable losing, select a tracked shipping method at checkout.

5. Tracked Shipments and Insurance

For tracked shipments, you receive a tracking number by email when the label is generated. Tracking information reflects the carrier's scans and is the authoritative record of delivery status. Orders of $200 or more ship with carrier insurance and adult signature required on delivery. Orders of $1,000 or more ship with full declared-value insurance. Insurance coverage is subject to the carrier's claim terms; Card Imports does not act as the insurer and does not guarantee a particular claim outcome. Carrier delays, customs holds, and address issues that occur in transit are not within our control and do not entitle the buyer to a refund or accommodation.

6. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

International buyers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, and any other charges assessed by the destination country. These are paid to the carrier or customs authority on delivery and are not collected by Card Imports. Packages refused by the buyer, held by customs for unpaid duties, or returned to sender for any buyer-controllable reason are not eligible for any accommodation. Card Imports does not falsify customs declarations or under-declare value regardless of buyer request.

7. Sales Tax

Card Imports collects sales tax in jurisdictions where required by law, including Texas (where we have physical operations) and any other state where we meet economic-nexus thresholds. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the rules of the destination state or locality. Buyers in non-taxing jurisdictions may still owe self-reported use tax to their own state; that is the buyer's responsibility.

8. Non-Receipt

If you do not receive your order, refer to the Non-Receipt and Untracked Shipping sections of our Refund Policy. In summary: untracked shipments are not eligible for any remedy; the buyer's primary recourse for any non-delivery is against the carrier; any accommodation by Card Imports is at our sole and absolute discretion and, when offered, is issued only as non-transferable store credit.

9. Address Accuracy

The buyer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Card Imports will not change a shipping address once a label has been generated. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are not eligible for any accommodation, and any cost of reshipment is the buyer's responsibility.

10. Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to PO Boxes for orders over $300, and we do not ship to destinations under US trade sanction or embargo. If your destination cannot be served, the order is cancelled before tender to the carrier and the original payment is refunded to the original payment method. This cancellation refund is not a return, remedy, or accommodation under our Refund Policy and does not establish any precedent for any other refund.

11. Authorization Holds

When you place an order, your card issuer or payment provider may place a pending authorization hold on your payment method for the order amount. This hold may appear on your statement as a pending or temporary charge. If an order is not accepted, is cancelled by Card Imports before tender to the carrier, or is otherwise not captured, the authorization hold is released by your issuer in accordance with the issuer's policies (typically within 3 to 10 business days). Card Imports does not control how long an issuer holds an authorization and is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by an issuer's hold-release timing.

12. Fraud Review and Verification Holds

Card Imports may, at our sole and absolute discretion, place any order on hold for fraud review, identity verification, age verification, address verification, or compliance review. We may request additional information from the buyer, including without limitation a government-issued photo identification, a billing-address verification, or proof that the buyer is the authorized cardholder. Orders held for review are not subject to the processing-time estimates in Section 1, and may be cancelled by Card Imports at our sole discretion if the buyer fails to respond, refuses to provide reasonable verification, or if we determine in our reasonable judgment that the order presents an unacceptable fraud, sanctions, or compliance risk. Cancellations under this Section are not a return, remedy, or accommodation under our Refund Policy.

13. Force Majeure

Card Imports is not liable for any failure, delay, or non-delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs holds, weather, labor actions, acts of God, government actions, pandemics, or war.
